I breed  Java
 Temple Rice
Birds and Gouldians.

question on Avairy names...

Hi  I breed Gouldians and Java Temple Birds and was thinking about calling myself something;  an Avairy name.  My question is... do avairy names have to be registered to be legal and if so where do I get the info to register?

Re naming your breeding business, you do not have to do anything to legalize it, but I think it's good to atleast go to the register of deeds for your county and "Assume Business Name"  That will at least protect your name for your area.
